Alisi is a proud of her Indigenous (Worimi) and Tongan heritage and was born and raised in Newcastle. Alisi is a proactive, multi-talented and dedicated Chief Executive Officer with Aspire People and recognised for excellence and innovative leadership.

Alisi has spent the last 14 years of her professional working career within within Indigenous Affairs championing change and quality of life for her people. The last 13 years Alisi has held the Chairperson capacity for the Aboriginal Housing Company. Alisi also owns and operates Aspire People. The business is a workforce management vehicle that offers specialised services to corporate and Industry around diversity and inclusion as well as direct recruiting supply chains. Alisi also is the Chairperson of Yenu Allowah a Child and Family Centre in Western Sydney and is passionate about developing innovative learning modules for the Early Learning sector. The last 3 years Alisi has been an annotate in the disability sector offering a voice to her people who struggle to be heard. Alisi is passionate about ensuring that people with disabilities have access to the services they need and a quality of life irrespective of their circumstances.

Currently completing a postgraduate degree in Disability Studies, Katerina brings both lived and learned insight into her work, driven by a commitment. Her passion is personal; Katerina has a nephew who is autistic and inspires her daily to help build a world that sees the strength and value in neurodiversity and difference.

Katerina believes in leading with empathy, challenging ableism, and supporting individuals to live with autonomy, dignity, and joy.
